The Brief
M&S needed a new face to front the launch of their high end 'Autograph' clothing autumn range. They identified Take That as the perfect fit for this campaign. The M&S account team at RKCRY&R approached brandamp to help them secure this partnership.
What We Did
Through Universal Music, brandamp established the band's interest in participation in this campaign and facilitated an introduction between RKCRY&R and the band's management. Following a number of conversations brandamp secured a deal between M&S and Take That, whereby Take That featured as the face of the 'Autograph' autumn range, and M&S became sponsors of the Take That 'Beautiful World' tour. This is the first time Take That have done any brand partnership outside the space of music. Each band member was photographed by John Rankin in his own collection, which could be viewed online on the M&S website.
